WASHINGTON, May 18 -- Sen. Tammy Baldwin, D-Wis., has introduced legislation (S. 1502) to amend the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 "to revise the shareholder threshold for registration under that Act for issuers that receive support through certain Federal universal service support mechanisms."
The bill was introduced on May 16 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Joni Ernst, R-Iowa, Kevin Cramer, R-N.D., and Kyrsten Sinema, D-Ariz. It was referred to the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urba . . .
