WASHINGTON, May 19 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's National Park Service announced that it intends to award a $165,000 cooperative agreement to the Living Classrooms Foundation of Baltimore, Maryland, for empowering local communities to become the caretakers of the Star-Spangled Banner National Historic Trail.
