WASHINGTON, April 20 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's National Park Service announced that it intends to award a $50,000 cooperative agreement to the Institute for Applied Ecology of Corvallis, Oregon, for native plant material development for the Southwest Exotic Plant Management Team.
