WASHINGTON, April 20 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Marketing Service announced that it expects to award up to 60 mandatory grants for the development, coordination and expansion of local and regional food business enterprises to help increase access to and availability of locally and regionally produced agricultural products.
