WASHINGTON, April 16 -- The Government Accountability Office has issued a report on the Women-Owned Small Business program. The report (GAO-19-168) is titled "Women-Owned Small Business Program: Actions Needed to Address Ongoing Oversight Issues".
The report was sent to Rep. Nydia M. Velazquez, D-New York, chairwoman, Rep. Steve Chabot, R-Ohio, ranking member of the House Small Business Committee, and Rep. Alma S. Adams, D-North Carolina, on March 14. Here are excerpts of summaries . . .
