WASHINGTON, April 13 -- Sen. James M. Inhofe, R-Okla., has introduced legislation (S. 1216) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 "to permanently extend the depreciation rules for property used predominantly within an Indian reservation."
The bill was introduced on April 11. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
