WASHINGTON, April 13 -- Sen. Edward J. Markey, D-Mass., has introduced legislation (S. 1197) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to establish a tax credit for construction of new all-electric homes.
The bill was introduced on April 11. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
