WASHINGTON, April 13 -- Sen. Shelley Moore-Capito, R-W.Va., has introduced legislation (S. 1190) to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act "to provide for payments for certain rural health clinic and Federally qualified health center services furnished to hospice patients under the Medicare program."
The bill was introduced on April 11 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, D-N.H. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
