WASHINGTON, April 13 -- Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, has introduced legislation (S. 1162) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make permanent the individual tax provisions of the tax reform law.
The bill was introduced on April 11 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Joni Ernst, R-Iowa, Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., Kevin Cramer, R-N.D., and Mike Braun, R-Ind. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
