WASHINGTON, April 13 -- Sen. Jon Tester, D-Mont., has introduced legislation (S. 1158) to "establish a 5-year ban on individuals appointed to Executive Schedule positions and Members of Congress engaging in lobbying activities at the Federal level."
The bill was introduced on April 11. It was referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
