WASHINGTON, April 13 -- Sen. Brian Schatz, D-Hawaii, has introduced legislation (S. 1156) to amend title 10, U.S. Code, "to require the Secretary of each military department to develop resilience plans for installations of the Department of Defense."
The bill was introduced on April 11 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Jerry Moran, R-Kan., and Jack Reed, D-R.I. It was referred to the Senate Armed Services Committee.
