WASHINGTON, April 13 -- Sen. Jon Tester, D-Mont., has introduced legislation (S. 1154) to amend title 38, U.S. Code, "to establish an advisory committee on the implementation by the Department of Veterans Affairs of an electronic health record."
The bill was introduced on April 11 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn. It was referred to the Senate Veterans' Affairs Committee.
