WASHINGTON, April 13 -- Sen. Robert Casey Jr., D-Pa., has introduced legislation (S. 1146) to amend the Older Americans Act of 1965 "to require the Assistant Secretary for Aging to identify and disseminate best practices for the National Family Caregiver Support program."
The bill was introduced on April 11 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Susan M. Collins, R-Maine. It was referred to the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee.
