WASHINGTON, April 9 -- The Government Accountability Office has issued a report on federal priorities and the Small Business Administration goals related to working with historically black colleges and universities. The report (GAO-19-328R) is titled "Small Business Administration: Key Entrepreneurship Programs and Activities Do Not Specifically Target Historically Black Colleges and Universities, but Collaboration Exists with Some Schools".
