WASHINGTON, April 9 -- The National Institute of Drug Abuse has issued a federal presolicitation for the preparation and distribution of research drug products.

The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) intends to solicit proposals from offerors having the capability to analyze and characterize various drugs of abuse including cannabinoids and other research chemicals. Organizations will be able to produce drug dosage forms, such as delta . . .
