WASHINGTON, March 20 -- The U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Democracy Human Rights and Labor announced that it expects to award up to five discretionary grants for international programs to support human rights, accountability, and access to information in North Korea.
The estimated total program funding available was cited as $5 million with a ceiling of $3.5 million for each award in the program.
The funding is open to U.S.-based and foreign-based non-profit orga . . .
