WASHINGTON, March 15 -- Sen. Benjamin Cardin, D-Md., has introduced legislation (S. 823) to "require information sharing with respect to the ownership of election service providers."
The bill was introduced on March 14 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., and Chris Van Hollen, D-Md. It was referred to the Senate Rules and Administration Committee.
