Sen. McSally Introduces Bill to Amend Radiation Exposure Compensation Ac


WASHINGTON, March 14 -- Sen. Martha McSally, R-Ariz., has introduced legislation (S. 776) to amend the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act "for purposes of making claims under such Act based on exposure to atmospheric nuclear testing."

The bill was introduced on March 13 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Kyrsten Sinema, D-Ariz., and Jacky Rosen, D-Nev. It was referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
