WASHINGTON, Feb. 18 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Institute of Food and Agriculture announced that it expects to award up to eight discretionary grants for the strengthening of secondary education and two-year postsecondary education in the food, agriculture, natural resources and human sciences.
