WASHINGTON, Feb. 18 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service announced that it intends to award $150,000 cooperative agreements to the Bird Conservancy of the Rockies of Fort Collins, Colorado, for the development of an integrated population model for Baird's sparrow.
