WASHINGTON, Feb. 15 -- Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, has introduced legislation (S. 517) to "establish a tiered hiring preference for members of the reserve components of the Armed Forces."
The bill was introduced on Feb. 14 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Jon Tester, D-Mont. It was referred to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.
