WASHINGTON, Feb. 15 -- Sen. Kyrsten Sinema, D-Ariz., has introduced legislation (S. 504) to amend title 36, U.S. Code, "to authorize The American Legion to determine the requirements for membership in The American Legion."
The bill was introduced on Feb. 14 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Thom Tillis, R-N.C. It was referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
