WASHINGTON, Feb. 15 -- Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, has introduced legislation (S. 501) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 "to repeal the increase in unrelated business taxable income by amount of certain fringe benefit expenses."
The bill was introduced on Feb. 14. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
