WASHINGTON, Feb. 15 -- Sen. Bill Cassidy, R-La., has introduced legislation (S. 499) to amend the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act "to apply to territories of the United States, to establish offshore wind lease sale requirements, to provide dedicated funding for coral reef conservation."
The bill was introduced on Feb. 14. It was referred to the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee.
