WASHINGTON, Feb. 15 -- Sen. Robert Casey Jr., D-Pa., has introduced legislation (S. 485) to amend the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 and other laws to clarify appropriate standards for Federal employment discrimination and retaliation claims.
The bill was introduced on Feb. 14 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, Patrick J. Leahy, D-Vt., and Susan M. Collins, R-Maine. It was referred to the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee.
