WASHINGTON, Feb. 17 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's Bureau of Reclamation announced that it intends to award a $20 million cooperative agreement to the Farmers Conservation Alliance of Hood River, Oregon, for the design, construction, and commissioning of a horizontal fish screen at the Derby Dam in Sparks, Nevada.
