WASHINGTON, Feb. 17 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's U.S. Geological Survey announced that it intends to award a $49,761 cooperative agreement to the University of Wisconsin-Platteville for the engineering development and design of a carbon dioxide injection system as a non-physical barrier to control Asian carp.
