WASHINGTON, Feb. 15 -- Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., has introduced legislation (S. 482) to "strengthen the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, to combat international cybercrime, and to impose additional sanctions with respect to the Russian Federation."
The bill was introduced on Feb. 13 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Robert Menendez, D-N.J., Cory Gardner, R-Colo., Benjamin Cardin, D-Md., and Jeanne Shaheen, D-N.H. It was referred to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
