WASHINGTON, Feb. 15 -- Sen. Mark R. Warner, D-Va., has introduced legislation (S. 466) to "provide that certain guidance related to waivers for State innovation under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act shall have no force or effect."
The bill was introduced on Feb. 13 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Benjamin Cardin, D-Md., Jeanne Shaheen, D-N.H., and Tammy Baldwin, D-Wis. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
