WASHINGTON, Feb. 9 -- Sen. Michael B. Enzi, R-Wyo., has introduced legislation (S. 391) to "clarify that funding for the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board is not subject to the sequester."
The bill was introduced on Feb. 7. It was referred to the Senate Budget Committee.
