WASHINGTON, Dec. 15 -- Sen. Jeff Merkley, D-Ore., has introduced a resolution (S.Res. 727) "providing for consideration of changes to rules for the proceedings of the Senate."
The resolution was introduced on Dec. 13. It was referred to the Senate Rules and Administration Committee.
