WASHINGTON, Dec. 15 -- Sen. John Hoeven, R-N.D., has introduced legislation (S. 3755) to "establish a demonstration program regarding background checks for certain employees of the Bureau of Indian Affairs."
The bill was introduced on Dec. 13 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Tom Udall, D-N.M. It was referred to the Senate Indian Affairs Committee.
