WASHINGTON, Dec. 15 -- Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., has introduced legislation (S. 3754) to prohibit price gouging in the sale of drugs.
The bill was introduced on Dec. 13 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Kamala D. Harris, D-Calif., Jeff Merkley, D-Ore., and Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn. It was referred to the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee.
