WASHINGTON, Dec. 14 -- Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, has introduced legislation (S. 3747) to "provide for programs to help reduce the risk that prisoners will recidivate upon release from prison."
The bill was introduced on Dec. 12 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Richard J. Durbin, D-Ill.
