WASHINGTON, Dec. 14 -- Sen. Robert Casey Jr., D-Pa., has introduced legislation (S. 3741) to "prohibit the Social Security Administration from reinstating the reconsideration level of appeal for disability determinations in the 10 prototype States."
The bill was introduced on Dec. 12. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
