WASHINGTON, Sept. 24 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service announced that it intends to award a $150,000 cooperative agreement to the American Bird Conservancy of The Plains, Virginia, for operational support for the Lower Mississippi Valley Joint Venture.
