WASHINGTON, Sept. 24 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service announced that it intends to award a $3 million grant to Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming for research to sustain robust elk, deer, and pronghorn populations.
