WASHINGTON, Sept. 20 -- Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., has introduced a resolution (S.Res. 631) "recognizing the 50th anniversary of the Indian Civil Rights Act and voting rights for American Indian and Alaska Native communities across the country."
The resolution was introduced on Sept. 18 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Tom Udall, D-N.M. It was referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
