WASHINGTON, Sept. 20 -- Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., has introduced legislation (S. 3477) to "prohibit awarding credit toward service of sentences for satisfactory behavior for certain drug offenses."
The bill was introduced on Sept. 18 It was referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
