WASHINGTON, Sept. 20 -- Sen. Ben Sasse, R-Neb., has introduced legislation (S. 3473) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 "to expand permissible distributions from an employee's health flexible spending account or health reimbursement arrangement to their health savings account."
The bill was introduced on Sept. 18. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
