WASHINGTON, Sept. 20 -- Sen. Tammy Baldwin, D-Wis., has introduced legislation (S. 3466) to "designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 2650 North Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, as the Vel R. Phillips Post Office Building."
The bill was introduced on Sept. 18 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis. It was referred to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.
