WASHINGTON, Sept. 20 -- Sen. James M. Inhofe, R-Okla., has introduced legislation (S. 3465) to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act "to cover screening computed tomography colonography as a colorectal cancer screening test under the Medicare program."
The bill was introduced on Sept. 18 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
