WASHINGTON, Sept. 20 -- Sen. Rob Portman, R-Ohio, has introduced legislation (S. 3462) to amend title XIX of the Social Security Act "to provide States with the option to provide medical assistance for substance use disorder treatment services to individuals between the ages of 21 and 64 with substance use disorders."
