WASHINGTON, Sept. 20 -- Sen. John Kennedy, R-La., has introduced legislation (S. 3458) to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act "to improve home health payment reforms under the Medicare program."
The bill was introduced on Sept. 18 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Bill Cassidy, R-La. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
