WASHINGTON, Sept. 23 -- Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., has introduced legislation (S. 3455) to "require the Secretary of Commerce to ensure that ZTE Corporation complies with all probationary conditions set forth in the settlement agreement entered into between ZTE Corporation and the Bureau of Industry and Security of the Department of Commerce."
