WASHINGTON, Sept. 19 -- Sen. Ben Sasse, R-Neb., has introduced legislation (S. 3453) to amend the Congressional Accountability Act of 1995 "to provide for public disclosure and reimbursement of payments for awards and settlements."
The bill was introduced on Sept. 17. It was referred to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.
