WASHINGTON, Sept. 19 -- Sen. Orrin G. Hatch, R-Utah, has introduced legislation (S. 3443) to amend the Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010 "to provide procedures for guidance issued by the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection."
The bill was introduced on Sept. 17 and was co-sponsored by Sen. James Lankford, R-Okla. It was referred to the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee.
