WASHINGTON, Aug. 18 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's National Park Service announced that it intends to award a $48,202 cooperative agreement to the Utah State University for understanding the role of increasing water quality and groundwater inputs on ecosystem structure, function, and health at the Big Bend National Park in Texas.
