WASHINGTON, Aug. 18 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's National Park Service announced that it intends to award a $195,000 cooperative agreement to the Wilderness Inquiry Inc. of Minneapolis, Minnesota, for the establishment of a floating classroom for Southern Lake Michigan, centered at or near Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore.
The agency description of the grant states: "This will provide public, especially underserved communities, with education about the Great Lakes Ecosys . . .
