WASHINGTON, Aug. 18 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's National Park Service announced that it intends to award a $83,028 cooperative agreement to the National Council for Preservation Education for providing training opportunities to qualified undergraduate and graduate students in academic programs in historic preservation and related disciplines.
